Pilates-based exercise can be beneficial for anybody from athletes to people who try to keep their bodies healthy and fit (women and men).
Best results are achieved if it’s done 3-4 times per week. You can do Pilates on different forms of equipment, such as Reformer, Chair as well as Mat Pilates with resistance bands, medicine ball and Magic Circle. You can combine Pilates classes with different Cardio classes offered at our studio.
We emphasize development of better posture and “longer leaner” look. Because working out in a slower concentrated rhythm allows for smaller, deeper stability muscles the feeling maybe different from what you have come to expect from a gym workout.
